We don't do kits. We don't do catalogues. Every bike that rolls out of the arch is drawn around one rider, built by two pairs of hands, and signed off with a hundred-mile shakedown over the Snake Pass. In the rain, usually.

From brew
to burn-up.

Most builds take twelve to sixteen weeks. You'll get photos every Friday, a standing invitation to the arch, and a bike that fits you like your favourite boots.

The brew

A coffee and a proper chat at the arch. How you ride, where you ride, what you love and what drives you mad.

1–2 hours
02

The drawing

Full-size side profile sketches, a parts list and a fixed quote. Nothing gets cut until you've signed off every line.

2 weeks
03

The build

Strip, fabricate, rebuild. Frame work, hand-shaped aluminium, wiring from scratch and paint from a small shop in Stockport.

10–14 weeks
04

The shakedown

A hundred miles of real roads, a final fettle, then we hand you the keys and a very thick build book.
